The Oread’s Dogfish Head Beer Dinner features limited release beer paired beautifully with six courses. Executive Sous Chef Derek Losson and Sous Chef Jonathan Londer present creative and delicious dishes like beer bread crostini with a bacon and onion marmalade, hasenpfeffer with spatzle, and house made sausages.
Thanks to our partner Crown Distributing, this dinner features craft beer including the Romantic Chemistry IPA and the Midas Touch Ancient Ale. Dogfish Head Brewery is located in Delaware and has been around for 22 years, though it just recently gained popularity in the Midwest.
Reception course begins at 6pm, with dinner served promptly at 6:30pm. The event will be held in the Griffith Ballroom, level B1.
